Online Learning Studio Manager
Dan is the Online Learning Studio Manager. They draw on an extensive knowledge of film, audio, and design movements to create compelling and engaging media that is informed equally by theory as much as by practical experience.
Dan received their BFA in Film and Media Arts from Temple University in 2013. While at Temple, their studies focused on sound design, film theory, and experimental media, benefitting greatly from the mentorship of Chilean sound designer David Miranda-Hardy and avant-garde filmmaker Peter D’Agostino.
Outside of their work at Penn, Dan has maintained a decade-plus commitment to Philadelphia’s DIY, experimental and electronic music scenes as a performer, sound engineer, and promoter.
